A couple of 'new kids on the block' are
ADSB Flight Tracker and
ADSB Flight Tracker Lite
Although they based on ADSB-Exchange, the data source is editable, and it is far more configurable in terms of the display.
Ed: additionally, ADSB-Exchange doesn't appear as laggy as it once was, although the fact that it is web-based, rather than app-based, may still have a bearing on the situation.

Update 18/2/20
I've noticed that the Freedar app hasn't been working the last few days, although the desktop website version is still running fine.
The various other VRs are operating as normal, each with their own pros and cons.

Update
The Freedar app has recently been updated to version 1.6.1, and early indications would appear to suggest that is loads far more quickly and is less laggy.
It also seems to have improved the sister website.
Happy days!

FR24 has also been attacked in recent days.
The suggestion is that Armenian or Azerbaijan-backed hackers may be trying to disable them to hide military transport aircraft in the region of the conflict. Or perhaps the countries that could conceivably be supplying one side or the other may be behind it. Turkey and / or Russia?
Thankfully, ADSB Flight Tracker, Freedar, Radarbox and Planeplotter Mobile appear unaffected, thus far.

"At present, we have no intentions of changing the core way ADS-B Exchange does business." Mmm, where have I heard that before?
