Happy New Year Everyone. What a busy year 2017 was, myself and my wife are just catching our breaths. It involved in addition to Aircraft Spotting (See below), going to Football x 26 games, Concerts x 11, Plays x 3, Open Golf x 1, plus other visits National Trust etc, and 2 x holidays. In addition to the latter, work, and run of the mill stuff like housework, and shopping etc. Aircraft:- Visits and shows- Barton, Booker (Aero Expo), Darley Moor, EMA, Fairford (RIAT), Goodwood, Heathrow, Husbands Bosworth, Kemble, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Oxford, Parham Park, Shoreham, Sibbertoft, Southampton, Sywell (LAA), and Tatenhill. Plus Arrecife (Lanzarote) and Paphos (Cyprus). Not a lot I know, but lots of miles covered. +Museums & Static Aircraft- Chichester Crazy Golf, RNAS Ford, Science Museum and Tangmere Museum. Gave myself a target of 1500 cops for 2017, finally ended with:- 1569 (No scrapes or strobes). Apart from the LAA Rally and watching the Blues, nothing else yet planned for 2018. Our highlights of 2017 were seeing The Killers, and also first time visits to The Royal Albert Hall and Twickenham plus my first RIAT for almost twenty odd years. Enjoy the Hobby. Happy Days Bob

A good selection of visits there.
I'm still transferring my 2017 sightings from mobile to Planebase, so am unsure precisely what my 'scores on the doors' will be. I'd be very happy with 1,500.

Thanks Andy- was happy with that number and if I do similar this year I will also be a happy spotter- Just got to mark about eight hundred into my various registers. Also thanks to you, ken and Dave and the rest of the "God squad" for your efforts this year. It is appreciated. Happy Days Bob
