At what is effectively now the RAF's premier event: So far, confirmed in the flying display; 2x Gazelle Belgian F-16 A-1D Skyraider 2x BAC Strikemaster Breitling Wingwalkers Gyro Displays Catalina P-40 Kittyhawk P-51 Mustang Rich Goodwin Pitts Special French AlphaJet Red Arrows RAF BBMF Lancaster BBMF 4x Spitfires RAF Falcons RAF Typhoon And of course... Congratulations to the Red Arrows, who were today granted their Public Display Authority, marking the green light for their 2017 display season with Scampton Airshow the only opportunity to see the team display at their home base! An exciting static line up is building on the ground and so far this includes; Canadian CF-18 Hornet Gazelle Hawk T.1 Hawk T.2 King Air 2x Tornado GR.4 2x Tucano T.1 Grob Tutor Typhoon FGR.4 If the Canadian's provide a Hornet for static, it would be an absolute treat to see their 2017 display aircraft flying. Now that has a pretty spectacular colour scheme. For more updates visit: scamptonairshow.com/airshow/aircraft/confirmed-aircraft

Although a much lower key event than the previous Waddington shows, it still has a few highlights.
Having the based Hunter, Su-22 and F-4 in static is also a nice touch.
