So Ample Strike has started today (23/8) with the arrival of two B-1s 86-124/EL & 86-087/EL at around 10:30.
I'm not sure if additional hardware is expected, although from previous exercises, this one tends to be smaller than the Baltops Strike exercise held in June.

For those interested in how the B-52s and B-1s tie in with the other hardware involved in the exercise over in Czech, the following may be of use: www.lznamest.army.cz/letova-aktivita-0On the days that they operate, the B-1s have generally left at around 1030 and returned at around 1530. This equates to an 'on range' time of around 1300. The B-52s generally take a little longer to transit. FC suggest the Czech website is usually updated with the following day's movements in the late evening. Very handy!

Ample strike concluded today (12/9) with the departure of the remaining B-52 and two B-1s. The other B-52 departed yesterday, although there is a suggestion that this one might return to Fairford at some stage for a 'pit-stop'.

Despite Exercise Ample Strike concluding on 12/9/17, it appears more B-52s are on their way!
