Twelve F-15C Eagles and approximately 350 Airmen and support equipment from the 131st Fighter Squadron, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts, and the 194th Fighter Squadron, Fresno Air National Guard Base, California, will deploy to the European theatre beginning April 1, 2016.
Upon arrival in Europe, the F-15s will head to two separate locations to simultaneously support the NATO air surveillance mission in Iceland and conduct flying training at Leeuwarden Air Base, Netherlands.
While at Leeuwarden, the F-15s will participate in Exercise Frisian Flag, an international exercise designed to bring fighter aircraft from multiple countries together to work on interoperability, planning and execution.
The F-15s will remain in theatre through Sept. 2016.
Indeed, arriving at Lakenheath of 2/4/16 were four, although I believe as many as eight may have been due. The four aircraft involved were:
85-0122 / MA 85-0129 California ANG 84-0014 California ANG 84-0016 / MA
A further four are believed to have deployed to Keflavik. Therefore, there would seem to be a distinct possibility that a further four may be on the way.

By way of an update:
4xF-15s arrived at Keflavik on Sunday evening The 4xF-15s at Lakenheath departed to Leeuwarden on Monday 4/4. A further 4xF-15s are due at Leeuwarden today (6/6).
What they do after Frisian Flag at Leeuwarden is anybody's guess. Whilst setting up camp at Lakenheath for the remainder of their detachment would seem logical, perhaps it's wishful thinking.
