Vulcanair (I still call it a Partenavia) P.68C OY-MNS arrived today from Copenhagen-Roskilde at 13.42 in a flight time of 4 hours 12 minutes. Operator is Bio-Flight and it was using call-sign BIO 05. It was only outside for 5 minutes or so before being towed into the Flight Calibration Hangar and the doors closed.
Only other visitor was R44 G-CLEZ.

Perhaps OY-MNS is being prepared for another batch of survey work. I recall it, the other BIO examples, and also the Spanish examples, were very active doing surveys over the UK during the pandemic.

OY-MNS seen with EC-MFY, which is still semi-based, outside Flight Calibration around Midday. The Spanish example departed to Blackpool early afternoon. OY-VNS another BioFlight P68 was an occasional visitor over the summer.
Other visitors today G-BIMZ Beech Duchess, N907MM Cirrus SR20, G-NILT Eurostar, G-DGPS DA42. G-PAUK AS355 arrived from Denham late am and almost immediately disappeared into the A2B Hangar.

Another P.68 on survey work today (17th November). Ravenair example G-RVNR arrived mid afternoon as Pipeline 33. Originated from Liverpool but came (and returned) via a very circuitous route. Flight comes in about once a month not using a Ravenair call sign. Never been able to find out exactly what it does.
