I and also Tj cannot get anything on ADS-B exchange, haven't done so for some time now. Just a map and unable to get any planes showing.
Perhaps an expert can point out what a silly old bugger like me is doing wrong. I never used to have a problem in the past! Yes Mr. Bear. Maybe I've pushed a wrong button.
There must be someone on the forum that can advise what's happened or join us and admit they are also in the same situation. My immediate thought was I wonder if they have brought in a subscription for all viewing. Any advice welcomed. Thanks, Dave

The app version appears to be working ok (12/12), as does Freedar.uk which has similar coverage.

Hi Andy
Which ADS-B app do you use?
There seems to be several (ADSB Receiver, Flight Tracker, Receiver Pro....)
Cheers Tony

RE-:- Map but no planes Showing...... Goto the ADS-B home page www.adsbexchange.com/Directly underneath the banner photo, you will see a blue radar screen image and text that says :- Currently Tracking xxxx aircraft ( the xxxx changes all the time ) From 1000+ active feeds Blank Map? Click here and hit "remove all" to clear settings. Alternatively, also try clearing your browser cookies. (The click here and hit "remove all" is in blue), click on this a new screen appears :- Settings Remove All Refresh Export Settings Import Settings Storage engine: jStorage-localStorage Storage size: 2593 #desktop#-vrsAircraftAutoSelect-default #desktop#-vrsAircraftDetailPlugin-default #desktop#-vrsAircraftListFetcher-default #desktop#-vrsAircraftListPlugin-default #desktop#-vrsAircraftPlotterOptions-default #desktop#-vrsAircraftSorter-default #desktop#-vrsCurrentLocation-default #desktop#-vrsMapState-default #desktop#-vrsSplitterPosition-default-vrsLayout-A00 click the remove all button now click the back button on your browser ( Top Left <- ) The ADS-B home Page re-appears, scroll down and click on " Global Radar View " on the left hand side of the screen ( 9 lines beneath the donate Image ) Your ADS-B screen will now re-appear, complete with aircraft...... Job Done Regards Adrian

Hi All
Thanks for all your replies. Still no joy on my Samsung Android phone I'm afraid. Have cleared down settings and caches/browser etc. as Adrian kindly described, but when going back and clicking on Global Radar View, just the map with no plots appears.
Up until last month I had great coverage on my phone (FR24, Planefinder and ADSB Exchange). FR24 and Planefinder still working fine, but they now increasingly 'block' aircraft. As ADSB Exchange seems to show 'all', it's a tad frustrating that I can't currently access.
I can get it to load on my PC fine, so okay when I'm at home, but not now when out and about.
'First World' problem. Shan't lose sleep over it
Thanks for help though
Tony
