Also...4 of the Airbus contingent arrived...EC-400 Atlas; C-FFDO A220; F-WTTE A330N; F-WLXV A350-1000.
An A169 (ish) rotorless frame was dragged out of H6 (guessing) -believed Turkish with something like T625 marked on it. Very difficult to make out in the heat haze.

Graham If the helicopter was overall Blue in colour with T625 in white, then it is the Leonardo / Turkish Aircraft Industries T-625. Unfortunately it is only a Full Scale Mock-up having arrived in various containers on Thursday. Graham

Walking round the static today I finally twigged that the Wyoming ANG C-130 (92-1535) had new T56 engines and 8-bladed props despite having been built as a C-130H. Indeed its Technical Data Block on the nose now says that it's a C-130J-1-LM. A member of the crew confirmed that it's a trial installation to see it it's worth re-engining the USAF C-130H fleet and bringing them up to C-130J standard. More info here: www.rolls-royce.com/media/our-stories/press-releases/2016/01-12-2016-us-air-force-c130-completes-first-flight.aspxAlso older members may have noticed that 92-1535 was also in the Farnborough static park in 1994. It was with the Wyoming ANG then too.

Airbus A350-900 F-WTTE and CS300 YL-CSI departed today after the flying display. RAF Typhoon ZK337 was towed out of the static and although not confirmed I heard a fast jet departing this evening. 2x Edge aircraft (Red Bull racers?) have just practiced.

FlightAware shows the KC-390 PT-ZNJ departing for Gran Canaria today (18/07) at 0910. Airshow stuff seems to be leaving even earlier this year!
